Patrik Boman Appointed New CEO of Epico Sweden

Stockholm, Sweden, – Epico is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrik Boman as CEO (VD) of Epico Sweden, effective September 1, 2026.

Following a successful period under the leadership of Christian van Roon Thomsen, Patrik Boman will step into the role of CEO of Epico Sweden. At the same time, Christian will take on the newly established role of Chairman in Sweden, continuing his involvement in the Swedish business.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience from the Nordic and international IT industry, Patrik brings a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. He has extensive experience in strategy creation and execution, sales leadership, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has led businesses across multiple markets and industries, focusing on growth, profitability, sales performance, and organizational development.

Patrik has been part of the Epico journey since Dynamant, Sweden's leading Mainframe consultancy, became part of the Epico Group in 2023.
