Assignment Objective

• Developing test cases and test scripts.
• Performing automated testing.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
• Generating test reports and providing feedback to the development team.
• Supporting manual testing and issues found by developers or through end-user testing.
• Augmenting and enhancing manual tests through automation.
• Developing and building test rigs to support ongoing project development.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases and test scripts for the Platform.
• Perform automated testing.
• Support manual testing.
• Investigate issues identified by developers or through end-user testing.
• Convert and enhance manual tests into automated tests.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Generate test reports and provide feedback to the development team.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and build test rigs to support ongoing project development.
• Execute tests on real hardware or simulators depending on the type of test.
• Use generated logs and other test outputs for debugging.
• Use captured images to visually inspect hardware behavior when relevant.
