Junior Project Manager | Documentation & AI Automation

Description
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support a large-scale project environment in Greater Copenhagen. The role focuses on managing and improving technical and project documentation, ensuring high quality and consistency across deliverables.

You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders, coordinate documentation activities, support project planning and reporting, and help identify opportunities to streamline processes through AI-driven automation.

Key requirements:

• Experience or interest in Project Management
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and technical environments
• Interest in or experience with AI and automation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Location: Kalundborg (onsite presence required)
Start: ASAP / November 2026
Duration: Approx. 6 months, 30 hours/week.
