Product Lead – Conscia in Århus or Copenhagen

Epico is looking for a Product Lead on behalf of Conscia to take charge of three products. In this role, you will drive the development of business-critical digital products and create value for both customers and the organization.

The role

As Product Lead, you have overall responsibility for product vision, strategy, and execution. You ensure that the products are developed in line with business objectives, customer needs, and applicable compliance and security requirements.

You work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and act as the link between business, technology, and customers. At the same time, you prioritize the product backlog and maximize the value delivered by the agile development teams.

You have indirect leadership responsibility for development teams in the Netherlands and ensure progress, alignment, and effective collaboration across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy

• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog

• Ensure alignment with stakeholders and business goals

• Gather and translate customer insights into concrete initiatives

• Drive quality, testing, and governance

• Report on progress, budget, and goal achievement

Your profile

• Relevant master’s degree

• Experience as a Product Lead or Product Manager

• Strong understanding of software development and agile methods (e.g., SAFe POPM)

• Experience with stakeholder management and indirect leadership

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
