Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about working with data? Do you enjoy identifying errors, improving data quality, and ensuring that information is accurate and ready for use?

Scan Global Logistics is looking for a Data Migration Consultant to join its migration team and support an international transformation program. You will play an important role in migrating data between existing applications, ensuring high data quality and supporting successful system implementations across multiple countries.

You do not need to be an expert in a specific ERP platform. What matters most is your practical experience with data migration, your Excel skills, and your ability to spot inconsistencies and solve data-related problems.

Your role

You will become part of a close-knit team that works together to ensure successful data migrations and regular go-lives. The team values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and helping each other succeed.

Your main responsibility will be to work hands-on with data, from analysing existing datasets to validating migrated data and identifying issues that need to be resolved.

Key responsibilities

• Support data migration between existing applications and new systems.
• Analyse and validate data using Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify errors, duplicates, missing information, and data inconsistencies.
• Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure data is ready for testing, migration, and go-live.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries.
• Contribute to improving data migration processes and working methods.

What we are looking for

• Practical experience with data migration between systems or applications.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to analysing data.
• Experience identifying data errors and ensuring data quality.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of your tasks.
• A willingness to share knowledge, ask questions, and learn from colleagues.

Experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle, is an advantage but not a requirement. Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, testing, or go-live activities is also beneficial.

Location and language

The position is based in Hvidovre, Denmark, with collaboration across an international organisation. No regular travel is expected.

You must be comfortable communicating in English. Danish is not a requirement.
