AI Transformation Lead

Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Lead to support a leading international enterprise in driving its strategic AI agenda during a critical phase of mobilisation and execution.

You will join a team responsible for advancing AI adoption across the organisation, working at the intersection of business transformation, technology, and executive leadership. This role requires a consultant who can navigate ambiguity, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and help convert strategic ambitions into tangible business outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align activities across multiple AI initiatives, stakeholders, and consulting teams.
• Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and decision-making materials.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions, and working sessions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and critical decision points across the transformation agenda.
• Help shape a coherent AI transformation narrative across various workstreams.
• Drive follow-up actions and ensure readiness for executive reviews and key milestones.
• Partner with business leaders to align priorities and maintain momentum.
• Act as a trusted advisor by transforming ambiguity into clear recommendations and actionable plans.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale AI, digital, data, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organisational change, operating model design, governance, funding mechanisms, prioritisation, and business adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, challenge assumptions, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials and facilitate strategic discussions. 

Assignment Details

Hybrid setup with on-site presence required several days per week.
