We meet the talents before they're on the market
Every year, Epico participates in the country's largest job fairs at Danish universities. This gives us direct and personal dialogue with more than 2,000 IT students per year – long before they've graduated and become active on the job market.

Personal coaching – from student to IT professional
Being newly qualified in a competitive job market can be difficult to navigate. What does it take to stand out? What does a strong IT profile look like on paper? And what do employers actually expect from a candidate without professional experience?
Through NextGen, we offer personal coaching programmes where our consultants advise students on CVs, the job market and the questions that arise when trying to land their first job. It's concrete, individual and based on our knowledge of what companies actually look for.
