IAM Engineer

Epico is looking for an IAM Engineer for an international cybersecurity company in Copenhagen.

Do you want to help protect society from cyber threats while starting or advancing your career in Identity & Access Management (IAM)? You’ll join a collaborative IAM team and work alongside experienced specialists on projects that secure thousands of identities.

What you’ll do

• Assist in configuring IAM tools (SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud).
• Perform user provisioning and de‑provisioning tasks to support identity lifecycle management.
• Support basic troubleshooting of IAM systems and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with log reviews and basic technical audits for compliance.
• Contribute to documentation of processes and configurations.
• Participate in test activities for identity solutions and integrations.

Your profile

• Technical educational background (e.g. Master’s in Cybersecurity, or a technical degree like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering) 
• Interest in cybersecurity and identity management.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, spoken and written.
• A structured, curious mindset and willingness to learn from senior experts.
• Basic technical understanding (e.g., scripting, system administration) is a plus.
