Senior Identity Security Consultant

Epico is looking for a Senior Identity Security Consultant for an international cybersecurity company based in Copenhagen.

We are supporting an international cybersecurity company in finding an experienced consultant to join their Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The company is recognized for its strong security expertise and works with global customers to develop secure, scalable, and mature identity solutions.

In this role, you will take a leading position in shaping and delivering IAM initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing complex IAM implementations for enterprise customers
• Advising on governance, processes, best practices, and long‑term strategy
• Facilitating workshops, requirement sessions, and roadmap development
• Providing architectural guidance and technology recommendations
• Developing internal frameworks, methodologies, and accelerators

You likely bring:

• Several years of experience within Identity & Access Management
• A relevant technical background or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Strong analytical abilities and the ability to understand complex identity landscapes
• Experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholders

We appreciate experience with:

• Entra ID Governance, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ
• Active Directory, cloud identity platforms, and application integrations
• Scripting or development (PowerShell, Java, Python, REST, JSON, XML)
• Lifecycle management, governance processes, role models, and access structures
• Advisory work, presentations, and workshop facilitation

Requirements
EU citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required due to the sensitive nature of the assignments.
